Lovely restaurant, run by Ken, a very enthusiastic Thai man. He has set up a great place, decorated it well and instilled a really homely feel to it. Very welcoming. The menu is a mixture of Thai and European dishes, all cooked well and nicely presented. It's not expensive and is a definite "must visit". They have just started doing breakfasts. Try these as well! Great little guesthouse run by John. They only have 8 rooms and are normally fully booked, so if you're interested book as far in advance as you can. John is very friendly and just a really nice person. If you're not staying there, pop in for the "all day breakfast". It's great value and they have a good menu. The food is well cooked and yummy! Run mainly by Wan and Colin, this is a lovely cafe. Nice friendly service, a good menu and reasonable prices makes this a place to try. This place is run by Oud (surprise) who used to be at Memories. It opened in June 2008. They are more of a Bar than a Restaurant, but they do nice sandwiches and snacks and the usual drinks. The bar is very comfortable, and has a good terrace and nice indoor seats, with stools at the bar. They have started well and should continue that way. The El Dorado has a bit of everything. Mainly a guesthouse, it also has a bar and a nice restaurant. They do set price meals and these are good value, and good food. It is owned by Werner who is Swiss and this sets the theme for the place. Not a place really to pick up boys, but then there is a lot more to life than just that (I think). Nice "upmarket" hotel in the heart of Sunee Plaza. It's quite new (about a year since it opened) and provides great value for money. The rooms are comfortable (I can vouch for that) and the atmosphere is nice. Also has a good dining room in the Clubbing Club giving a good range of dishes. Caters for all tastes. Nice place. Another guesthouse, restaurant and bar. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. There are good meals and the set menu changes daily. Very friendly staff who can not do enough for you. Just outside the Plaza on the Yensabai Road. CURRENTLY CLOSED Really nice place. I eat there often. They do Bar-b-cue food and it's very tasty. The boys are very welcoming and the owner does his best to make you at home. Try the kebabs or better still the meat patty, I'm sure you too will go back. The salad is tasty and most meals come with salad, chips and pitta bread. They frequently do beer offers or sometimes even food offers. They have a blackboard outside with details on it. Who knows, you might even bump into me there! Former Inchat apartments. Small and very "Thai style". I don't think they have heard of "clean". I've never stayed there. I do hear though that the new owners "RS" are doing them up, They have started and have already turned the foyer into a nice bright, clean bar. If this follows through the rest of the place it will become a good apartment set. For this reason I've withheld any star rating.
