SOI DAY NIGHT NEWS

MY THAI - WORK STARTED Work has started on the old My Thai place, next to Montecristo in the old Flamingo Hotel. As soon as I know what's happening there I'll let you all know.

CHEZ VICKY - NEW RESTAURANT

A new French Restaurant has opened opposite Bordeaux. The old Take Me closed some time ago and the site has had a number of owners. Now in it's latest incarnation, it's an odd one! Have a look and decide. Definitely gay!

CAT'S PLACE - CLOSED

I am sad to report that Cat's Place has closed. There have been various resons quoted, but whatever is true the place has gone. It has been stripped out and has no plans to open again.

SUNEE PLAZA NEWS

C.U. BAR - Latest bar in Sunee Plaza

The latest bar to open in Sunee is the brand new C.U. Bar, next door to Uniform and a part of the old Villa Rouge. It's nice and has the staff from the old Balkan Express. Look out for it!

EROS GOGO BAR - IS FOR SALE.

The price is right and they are looking for a very quick sale. If you're interested please contact me through the contact page and I can discuss more.

The BALKAN EXPRESS has closed. having talked to the staff there, we are reasonably sure it is permanent and will not open again. This is a huge shame as it was one of my favourites. However they must do what they feel is right and I wish the owner well in the future. If there is any more new I will let you know.

EDEN BAR - is the new name for the former Wan's Bar. The new owner, a nice Thai man called Quan is making a good go of it. The prices are right and the bar is nice and has good ambiance. Go and give it a try!

DON PLAZA CLUB - OPEN 16/12

The former nightclub - Legun - has been converted into the "Don Plaza Club". This is a standard beer bar.

CHANGE OF OWNER - MARINA INN PLAZA

The Marina Inn Hotel has changed hands. The new owner, a nice Fenchman called Josh, is carrying out some remedial works, most importantly this will include the swimming pool. Works are scheduled to start this month and we are not sure how long they will take. Eros A Nightclub has also changed hands as a result, but I am not quite sure yet who the new owner of this is.
