The boys really do well here. They come up and make you feel welcome, yet they are not overpowering. Its' small but that's not a problem. They have a pool table and also do massage upstairs. The massage isn't too professional, but the rest of the service in the private room is really good! Since April 2007 boys from "Over the Rainbow" moved here and a lot of them are still here. This is a larger place with many facilities. It has a large open air beer bar which opens from 3pm. The boys here also do massage as well as wait tables. The massage is good if you get the right lad. They know what you want and you definitely get it here! They also have a coffee shop and a small guesthouse upstairs. So it's got a bit of everything. CURRENTLY CLOSED This place advertises itself as a nightclub and its getting there. Not quite on the level of Sunee Plaza but it's a lot of fun and a good place to hang out. there are not many boys here but they are very cute and very willing and you can spend a nice time here. It was newly opened in June 2007 and still has a lot of that fresh feeling. But now more than a year later, its well established and a good place to hang out. Monty's Bar - Map 9 |

This used to be "Over the Rainbow" massage, but now is a host bar. Personally I've always had a good time here, but some of my friends haven't been so lucky. It's run by Monty (predictably). They do a small dinner from 6 pm to 9 pm and sometimes have a "drag queen" cabaret later in the evening. The posted time is 10.00 as long as Monty is there. Sometimes there is other dancing and occasionally one or two of the boys will spontaneously dance on the small stage. Nice bar, run by J.P. It used to be in the other half of the Complex, and has been closed for about a year. However it has just re-opened and looks very nice. I went in there and met J.P. who was very friendly. it's open from 4 pm to 1 am. A nice bunch of boys and a friendly feel made this a good place to be. I think this is where Zodiac used to be. I used to like Zodiac and Festival is just as good. It has a nice terrace outside which it shares with the Duo House and some inside seating. The boys who work here are very friendly and I like going in for a chat - they will like chatting to you too. They also do massage (although I have yet to try this). This place is not in the Complex, but on the main road to the beach. once you've battled your way through the jungle at the entrance, it's small but fun inside. Open from noon to midnight. It's crowded late afternoon with people leaving the beach. The boys are a little older, but very willing. Graham added the following comment: Really liked this bar every previous visit to Pattaya. CURRENTLY CLOSED A bar with a very English style. Everything from regular quiz nights (which I'm hopeless at) to Bing evenings (which I'm better at). They do frequent promotions at 70 Baht for a particular drink all day. Pick your day well! They also have apartments here. On 11/5 Campbell added the following comment: "undoubtedly the best bar in Jomtien if not Thailand. the locals are a scream and a good crowd" The owners have bought and are opening the Bondi Beach (see 25 below). CURRENTLY CLOSED This is a small bar in the back of the Jomtien area. It's behind Papa David's. it's nice appointed, and has comfy chairs. but when I went there, (about 10 pm on a Tuesday) there were only two boys and the owner. The hetero pub next door was thronging with people. I can't help thinking this is a nice bar in the wrong place. But please visit and prove me wrong. This bar had a promising start, but alas has not lived up to that promise. The location is wrong (wrong soi) and the place feels soleless. The last manager was the life and the soul of the place but that has changed now. Big shame! They are trying, but are going to have to try harder. Opened by the former owners of Ozz bar, this bar/guesthouse is a welcome addition to the beach scene. It's got a good menu at reasonable prices and provides a nice breakfast on the way to the beach. They are continuing the evening entertainment from Ozz and with just a bit of luck will do very well. Reasonable bar in the heart of the complex. Prices are OK and the boys are nice. Nothing special, but nothing bad either! On 29/11/09 Ibit wrote: ":-) Cazzo Music is not a boys bar. First 5 star I've given in a long time. This is an amazing place at an unbeatable price. The rooms are really 5 star at prices that are unbeatable. You will have to go a long way to find luxury in rooms like this. Look at their website and see. The small picture here does not do them justice. At 850B a night for the smallest room (which is anything BUT small), to 1250B for the enormous room (140m2) you can not beat this.
