22/04/12 There’s a new bar been opened as part of the Mekkala Spa in Chaweng. Called “The Site” it’s open from 20.00 to 02.00. They have a boys show there on Friday nights at 23.30. It’s not a separate place, just a part of the new spa there.

04/04/12 We have heard that Boy Zone on Koh Samui has closed. Certainly their website has gone. If we hear any more we will let you know

20/03/12 A new spa and massage place is opening on Samui. Mekkala 2 will open on the 24th at Chaweng Beach. They are having a grand opening party. If anyone goes to the place, we’d love a report. This will save our reporter from making a trip! (We know – lazy)

25/01/12 We have received this update from our friends at Emerald Green Men’s Club on Koh Samui. “‘Christys Cabaret‘ the update there is they have a new owner, straight Frenchman who has changed the venue name to ‘Moulin Rouge Cabaret‘ with pretty much the same show, still heaps of thrills and laughs there for gay men. He has done an impressive job upgrading the place, new stage lighting, massively increased seating capacity, new bathrooms and bar, much larger stage and he pays his staff a salary. Same location as the previous club, still free entry.”
