15/02/12 NEW SITE OPEN!
WHOO HOO! After too long a wait, we have finally finished work on Nicky’s final website. www.NickysGayPhuket.com has been completed and PLEASE go along and have a look at it! There’s a special section on Phuket Pride as well as the usual directory listings, a completely new map of the Paradise Complex, and all our usual features. We’re working in conjunction with a nice man at Backstage Purple, who has supplied a lot of the information for the area. Thanks!
So now the Nicky’s sites are complete. We’ve covered Pattaya, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Phuket, with a page on other venues we know about in the rest of Thailand.

27/01/12 We’ve found a new massage place. Paradise Massage is in Pattaya South Road, just past Friendship. Our reviewer was there and gave a glowing report. He’s impressed! Read what he has to say here and then you might consider going along.

20/01/12 Soi Day/Night is the massage capital of Pattaya and there’s a new one opened. The Star by the corner of Tukcom is now offering massages. It has always been a hairdresser, but has branched out. Check out what our reviewer said here.
01/01/12 Candy Bar and P Bar in Sunee Plaza are now closed. We have also noticed Dream Club in Soi Day Night has closed too.
26/12/11 The Flamingo Hotel, Soi Day Night, has converted back to being a short stay hotel, rather than long term apartments. They are offering rooms at 650B a night and not now offering any long term discounts. The rooms are well appointed and good value at this price. 26/12/11 We have just received this news from the former Casa Di Alice in Soi Day Night. It will have a new name – Alicia’s
“Hi all, This restaurant is currently closed for renovations.Also, the entire concept will be changed from what it was (Itlian Ristoranta) to a place where one can relax in very comfy’ armchairs with big pillows; lots of greenery, a pool-table an great background tunes. The ambiance will be very conductive to a relaxing time.
At the new “Alicia’s” you will also find a brilliantly varied Snack-Meal Menu, with delicacies like: Dutch Meat Croquettes-on-Bread; Indonesian Sateh-with-peanut-sause; Pancakes (various); Tender-Chicken Dill-Potato Salad and much more. Also the bar wil be open with all the usual; but a special ‘page’ has been reserved for healthy drinks like Water-Melon Delight; Lime-Delight and a few others.
The other excellent news is that the pricing at Alicia’s will come as a pleasant surprise to many of you: that’s a promise !

25/11/11 Casa Di Alice in Soi Day/Night has opened. Our reviewer has been there and had a meal. Read what he says here.
06/11/11 The former Chercher La Femme in Soi Day/Night has now gone. In it’s place is Casa Di Alice which is due to open in a week or two. It will be an Italian Restaurant. We shall see if it’s more successful than it’s predecessors. Review to follow when it’s open.
27/09/11 Chai Porn Massage in the first soi has closed and been bought by Relax @ Me. Now called Relax @ Me 2, there are now two places you can get their special massage.
16/09/11 Sarinya Massage in Soi Day/Night has closed and reopened as Nakkharat Massage. They have a new crop of (very sexy looking) massage boys and are keen for your business. As soon as we’ve been in there we’ll report back on it.
11/08/11 Le Bistrot in Soi Day/Night Pattaya appears to have closed. At least it’s not been open on the two occasions we’ve been past in the last week and has “For Sale” signs on it. I’ll check and make a definite announcement as soon as I know.
02/08/11 Dream karaoke in Day/Night is now open. They have been having problems with noise and have been closed a few times. Their long term future is questionable, but for now they’re open!
22/07/11 I can confirm Chercher La Femme in the old Chez Vicky site, Soi Day Night, Pattaya, is now open – not at all what we thought. Just shows how the rumours and the advance information we got was misleading. It is run by a nice couple and the menu is surprising. Read all about them here.
14/05/11 Office Boys seems to be closed more often than not. It’s open some days in the afternoon, but not the evening. I’ll find out more and report.
05/05/11 I’ve just got details on the Flamingo Apartments. These are in the old Flamingo Hotel, above what is now Le Bistrot and My Thai. For our review of these check here.
01/04/11 LE BISTROT has opened where the old Montecristo was in the Flamingo Hotel. A review has been posted!
01/03/11 The MY THAI restaurant has opened with the theme Thai and French food. The menu is mainly Thai with a sprinkling of French. The place is soul-less and huge. The staff inattentive and the prices too high. Apart from that it’s good!
