This is on the site of the former Montecristo and appears to be a carbon copy of it. The menu is far too pretentious to do well in the down-to-earth area of Soi Day/Night. It looks like the menu from another nearby French restaurant, just 100B dearer all round. You’d be lucky to get out with a meal and wine for under 1500B.
The old Renoir went soon after the Flamingo closed. The Montecristo had at least three owners in a year, and now I fear Le Bistrot will suffer the same fate. Let me know if you disagree …
