Panorama Pub - Map 16

This is just a fun PUB, with games inside such as darts, pool and machine games. Great atmosphere and great location on the bend in the Soi. The terrace gives a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. Nice happy hour (well happy 4 hours actually) and a good place to sit with a friend and a drink. They have a lucky draw on Saturdays (get a ticket with each drink you buy) and a membership scheme giving discounts. Good place.

Serene Pub - Map 22

Another pub serving a hotel. But this one is not quite to the standard of the others I am afraid to say. It's OK and nothing wrong with it, just hasn't got all the sparkle!

Oscars - Map 23

Good bar. The terrace outside has a nice location - plenty of people to watch walking past. David runs an interesting bar. The waiters are cute and the service is reasonable. Plenty of special events to keep you interested. I like this place.

Gentleman's - Map 28

ALAS NOW CLOSED

Used to be a really nice bar where you could go in, watch boys dance and they would come up and cuddle you when you were sitting at the bar. However it has recently changed format and the smoked glass doors have gone and it has opened up to be a standard beer bar. It's a good one, but the change from the old format will be sorely missed. Shame.
